Dear Leaseholders,
Over the last few weeks we have been unable to undertake the normal weekly fire alarm tests due to the absence of the building manager. Panel tests have been undertaken to test the fire alarm system is operational, however, the alarms themselves will not have sounded.
I would therefore like to take this opportunity to remind all leaseholders that the fire alarm will be tested every Friday between 10.45 a.m. and 11.00 a.m. The alarms will sound during this period for up to a minute. If you cannot hear the alarms, please let us know so we can investigate this.
If in future we are unable to test the sounders themselves for any reason, we will let you know in advance so as not to cause confusion or alarm.
If you rent out your flat, please ensure you advise your tenants or letting agents accordingly.
