Please find attached a notice in respect of the upcoming quarterly test of the fire alarm system and heat detectors within individual flats.
Please assist to ensure we have a safe and fully operational fire alarm system, by providing access to your flat to allow the heat detector to be tested.
If you rent out your flat, please ask your tenants to provide access. Copies of the attached Notice will be displayed in the lifts and on the ground floor doors.
